Great location and spacious rooms

I enjoyed my stay with spacious rooms that offered great comfort. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping center and only about a 12-minute drive to Universal Studios. However, the parking fee was a bit higher than expected, and I found the bistro prices to be on the pricey side.

I had a pleasant stay at the Courtyard in Burbank. The staff truly made my visit enjoyable, especially Marie at the front desk. She remembered my name and made the check-in process feel warm and welcoming. The location was fantastic, with various dining and shopping options just a short walk away. The room itself was clean and spacious, perfect for my needs. However, the parking fee was unexpected and higher than listed, which added to my costs. I also noticed that the Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable, requiring me to log in every time I connected. Unfortunately, I experienced issues with the A/C on one night. it stopped working, causing discomfort during my stay. My initial attempt to resolve the issue with the front desk didn't go as expected, and I felt the response to the problem was lacking. Despite these inconveniences, the overall ambiance and the friendly staff made it a good experience.

I had a spacious room with a convenient go-through door that was perfect for our group. It was remarkably clean, and the pool area allowed us to relax post-adventure. I would choose this place again!

I had a lovely stay! The pool area felt private, and the water pressure in the room was fantastic. The balcony was a nice touch too! I would definitely return.

Loved the comfy room but the A/C broke on our last night. Disappointing.

I gotta say, the proximity to the dining options was killer. Just a 5 minute walk and we had countless places to choose from for meals. Also, the front desk guy made it super easy to check in, which I appreciated after a long day.

We stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds for one night. The room was comfy and nicely decorated in blue tones. It felt spacious, and we appreciated the quietness—could barely hear anything from the hallway. The bathroom setup was decent but a bit cramped since the door opened right onto the sink area. The staff was friendly, and the overall vibe of the place was calm and relaxed, making our stay pleasant.

It was just a strong match for a stopover in Burbank with high value for money. The room was spacious with an extra large bathroom. Make sure to ask about local dining options as they're just a short walk away.

The outdoor pool area was such a fun spot to relax, and the hot tub was awesome after a long day. I absolutely loved the cozy fire pit outside for evening hangs. The bed was super plush, making it hard to leave after a restful night! I’d definitely come back again.
